This is your life. Where do you want to go, who do you want to be, and when are you going to start moving in that direction? But first, you have to know what direction to begin towards.
This is where as your Life Coach, I will skillfully help you determine your goals, dreams and what you want your future to look like.

We will also identify your limiting beliefs and those self sabatoging thoughts and habits that are holding you back from greatness. Good realy is the enemy of great. We settle for good friendships and miss truly great ones, we stop at having a good job and miss the career that we could be passionate about, we settle for a good marriage instead of becoming the unity that drives all other areas of our lives with passion, hope and joy. We settle-period.

Think about what your life would look like now if you had taken action and made these changes 5 years ago. Don't wait another 5 years and wonder where the decade went.

Action is the key word here. Many people read motivation or self improvement books, listen to tapes or buy videos and get all charged up to make the change. Then tomorrow happens, then the day after and the day after that, and they slip back into the same patterns and habbits that keep them where they are; a rut.

Motivational books and videos are good resources and can be extrememly valuable to reitterate actions you have made committments to take. As your coach I will be there in those times of doubt, fear and second thoughts. When challenges threaten your new, vibrant future your coach can take you through the process of looking at situations from a different prospective and holding you responsable to what you prommissed your self.
